These Terms of Use (hereinafter, 'the Terms') govern access to and use of the website www.idptrust.com (hereinafter, 'the Website') and the services offered by SOLIDPULSE LABS, SL (Tax ID: B27565878) under the trade name IDPTrust (hereinafter, 'the Owner').

Accessing the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the Website.

Through the Website, the Owner provides information about its services and products:

a) Specialized Keycloak consulting: design and implementation of realms, advanced authentication flows, security audits, instance migration and upgrade, and managed operations.

b) IDPTrust Platform: enterprise management platform for Keycloak instances, offered via subscription plans, including modules for context-based authentication, advanced user management, and observability.

Specific terms for contracting each service will be detailed in the corresponding quote or service agreement, which shall prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

Access to the Website is free and open, subject only to Internet connection costs.

The user agrees to make appropriate, lawful, and diligent use of the Website and its content, and refrains from:

— Using the Website for fraudulent, illegal, or third-party rights-infringing purposes.

— Introducing or disseminating content that is unlawful, defamatory, contrary to public order, or that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights.

— Carrying out actions that could damage, disable, or overload the Website or prevent its normal use.

— Using scraping, mass crawling, or other automated techniques without prior written authorization from the Owner.

The Website includes a contact form for users to request information about the Owner's services. The user warrants that the data provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties expressly submit to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain.
