This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data collected through the websites www.idptrust.com and blog.idptrust.com, both owned by SOLIDPULSE LABS, SL, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

This Privacy Policy governs only the informational websites www.idptrust.com and blog.idptrust.com. The processing of personal data of users of the IDPTrust Platform (app.idptrust.com) is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy, available at https://idptrust.com/en/legal/servicio/privacidad/.

2. Data Collected and Purposes

We only collect data that you actively provide to us. The purposes of processing are:

  • Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), how you heard about us (optional), and the message you send us — to respond to your inquiry and manage the pre-contractual or commercial relationship. The form is protected against automated abuse by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which is activated only upon submission.
  • Marketing communications: only when you request it or expressly authorize it in your inquiry, to inform you of news, services, and content related to IDPTrust. We do not send bulk marketing campaigns and there is no newsletter subscription on this website.
  • Website improvement: browsing data processed for analytics purposes using pseudonymized identifiers, without collecting your full IP address, only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not collect special category data or data from minors under 14. If you believe a minor has submitted data without authorization, please notify us at hello@idptrust.com.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Handling inquiries: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Marketing communications: consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Service improvement: legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), unless overridden by the interests or fundamental rights of the data subject.

4. Retention Period

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to address your request and, once the relationship ends, for the legally established limitation periods.

Data processed on the basis of consent will be retained until you withdraw your consent.

5. Recipients and International Transfers

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or necessary for the provision of the contracted service.

To operate the website and handle your inquiries we rely on the following providers, acting as data processors under Article 28 GDPR:

  • Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. — website hosting (Firebase Hosting) and contact-form processing (Google Cloud Functions), as well as anti-abuse protection (reCAPTCHA v3) and, where you consent, analytics (Google Analytics 4).

Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (primarily in the United States). In such cases, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy mechanism — to which Google adheres — and, additionally, on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, you may exercise the following rights by sending an email to hello@idptrust.com with the subject 'GDPR Rights'. We will only request additional documentation to verify your identity if there are reasonable doubts about it:

  • Access: know what data we process about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ('right to be forgotten'): request deletion of your data when no longer necessary.
  • Objection: object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction: request that we suspend processing of your data.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe the processing of your data violates applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

SOLIDPULSE LABS, SL has implemented the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the security of your personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative changes or updates to our services. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
